What courses MUST I take to renew my license?


Can I start taking a course at home (or some other location), sign off in the middle of the course, and later sign back on from another location (i.e., work, etc.) and pick-up where I left off?

How do I get my certificate(s)? 
When you complete your course(s), click on "Student Certification of Completion" (left side of your screen), fill out the form and fax it to us.  Your certificate(s) will be sent to you via fax or e-mail (your choice).  Include your fax number or e-mail address (.PDF file will be attached to an e-mail to you from this school).  Your certificate(s) will be sent to you within 1 business day (we are careful to monitor fax requests that come in at the end of the month)

Will the Arizona Department of Real Estate accept a copy (fax or .PDF) of the certificate when I renew my license?
Yes.  The ADRE wants you to turn in a copy (not the original) when you renew your license; We store the original for you (no extra charge) and you can't lose it.

What is CompuTaught?
CompuTaught is the company that wrote and programmed all of the online courses.  CompuTaught also monitors every student's progress while taking each course and provides technical support for all online courses.

What if I encounter a hardware or software failure while taking a course?
Come back to this site.  Click on "Enrolled Students" (in the left margin).  Enter: (1) your last name, (2) the last four numbers of your Social Security Number, and (3) your year of birth.  Continue from where you left off.

What if the end of the month falls on a weekend or holiday?
You have an extra day to file your paperwork BUT NOT an extra day to complete your courses.  If the end of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, the Arizona Department of Real Estate will allow you to submit your paperwork in person (not "postmarked") or online on the next business day.  
Note: All renewal courses must be completed on or before the end of the month (i.e., you do not get an extra day to take or complete any courses).
