This Course covers the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Code of Ethics and reviews case studies pertaining to the Code.  Sample scenarios are included as a decision making practice for licensees.

15 min	Definitions		Define ethics, code of ethics, the Golden Rule, ethical behavior and unethical behavior.
15 min	Ethics and law		Define and identify examples of ethical vs. unethical actions and legal vs. illegal actions.
15 min	NAR Code of Ethics		Demonstrate a knowledge of the purpose of the NAR Code of Ethics and list the possible penalties for violating the Code.
90 min	NAR Code of Ethics Articles and Standards of Practice		Identify activities covered by Articles 1-23 of the NAR Code of Ethics and the associated Standards of Practice.
45 min	Case studies		Identify examples of ethical and unethical behavior related to the real estate profession.
