All three Renewal Packages will satisfy all of the required courses to renew your Arizona real estate salesperson's or broker's license. Each Renewal Package is comprised of individual courses. Select the Renewal Package that includes the topics that interest you most.

Renewal Requirement: Each Arizona real estate agent and broker applying for real estate license renewal (license is renewed every two years) must complete 24 hours of continuing education. You must have three (3) hours in each of the following categories:

The balance of the 24 hours may be made up of any of the above classifications or classes in the "General" category.

The BMC is not included in any of our online packages and is not offered online. The three hour "Arizona Commissioner's Standards" course, which is included in all three of the online renewal packages, does not satisfy the BMC requirement.
