SCHOOL

24 Hour Discount Online Real Estate School, LLC

ADRE School Number S03-0018

9 Hour Limit

ADRE prohibits a student from taking more than 9 credit hours of continuing education instruction in one calendar day.  If you take more than 9 CE hours in one day, ADRE will not give you credit for more than 9 CE hours and will not "carry over" any excess to another day.

Renewal Requirements

The student, not the School, is responsible for ensuring that the student takes all of the courses necessary (i.e., sufficient credit hours in each ADRE required category) to renew the student's real estate license.  The School offers renewal "packages," but ADRE education requirements change from time-to-time and, therefore, the student is responsible for ensuring that the student signs up for (from this School and/or other schools) courses that will satisfy the ADRE license renewal requirements.  For further information, see “ADRE Requirements.”

Instructor Information

Distance Learning courses are independent study programs; no live instructor will be teaching the course, but an instructor is available via e-mail, fax or phone.

Classroom attendance

No classroom attendance is necessary for Distance Learning courses.

Final Exam

There are no final examinations for any of the individual courses or for any of the 24 Hour renewal packages.

Time Limits

You must complete each Distance Learning course within six (6) months of registration.  You can extend that time, but there is an additional fee.

Grading

You are required to complete all lessons on the computer until the computer marks them complete. No final exam is required but you must correctly answer each quiz question at least twice.

Certificate of Completion

To receive a School issued Certificate of Completion, the student must: (1) register for the course, (2) remit payment for the course, and (3) successfully complete the course.  Your School issued Certificate of Completion will be faxed, e-mailed or mailed to you at the address you provide during registration.

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be made via e-mail or fax within five (5) days of registration and before a Certificate of Completion or Completion Report has been issued.  A refund will be made within ten (10) days of receipt of your request.  A refund cannot be issued after a Certificate of Completion or a Completion Report has been issued to the student or if the student has completed more than 50% of a course.  If you have registered for multiple courses, the same criteria will be applied (i.e., if you have started on one course and have completed less than 50% of one course, then the full price of all courses will be refunded).

Privacy

We do not sell, loan or otherwise provide any of your personal information to others for any reason. If requested by the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) or if this school is audited by the ADRE, this School will release student information to ADRE only to the extent required to satisfy audit requirements or as required by law or ADRE rules.

School Records

This School will maintain for a period of five years the following information in each student record: The student's name, address, license, last four numbers of the student’s social security numbers, date of enrollment, course title, and records reflecting attendance and scores earned on all graded materials.

Non-discrimination

This School will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, familial, or handicap status in the establishment of fees, entrance qualifications or standards for successful completion of any course.

Limit of Liability

The limit of this School's liability for any action or claim by student against the School shall be limited to the cost of the courses paid for by the student.  The goal of this School is to provide quality courses at the lowest possible price.  Toward that end, in the event of litigation, whether filed by the student or the School, and without regard to which party is the prevailing party, neither party shall be entitled to an award of attorney's fees, litigation expenses and/or court costs.

Copyright

You (the "Student") are purchasing the right for one person to hear, view and read instructional course material and, if desired, the right to receive a Certificate of Completion after you have completed the course and satisfied all course requirements.  Each Student is authorized to use the course for his/her own personal use.  This right cannot be transferred (i.e., sold, given away, etc.).  The Student may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, replicate, sell/resell, license/relicense, the use or viewing of any course or course material without the express written consent of the School.  Any use of the course or course material other than expressly stated above is prohibited by the United States copyright laws, which provide substantial penalties for copyright infringement.
